Once an order is picked up, we cannot be responsible or liable for any damages or missing items. All items must be picked up within 30 days of the invoice due date. After that time, we will no longer be repsonsible for any uncliamed items and they will then be donated.

Due to too many abandoned items at our stores—and the fact that the cost of goods, rent, supplies, labor, etc. have raised exponentially in recent years—we must collect fees up front in order for our business to survive.

All services must be prepaid.

If you have a garment or item missing from your order, and you notified us at the time of order pick up, give us two weeks to find it.
In the rare case we can’t, Fresh Green Cleaners will issue you a check or credit limited to 10 times our charge for processing the garment or item.

If you have a damaged item, and you notified us at the time of order pick up, our dry cleaning production manager will analyze your garment and we will contact you within one week to discuss our findings.

If we find we are repsonsible for the damage to your garment, Fresh Green Cleaners will issue you a check or credit limited to 10 times our charge for processing the garment or item.

We are not responsible for buttons, belts, elastics, buckles, ornaments, or zippers.

Although our associates do their best to find objects left in garment pockets, we will not be responsible for such objects or the damage they might cause to clothing during the cleaning process.

We follow manufacturer fabric care label instructions and the International Fabricare Institute (IDI) cleaning guidelines for all garments.

If any damage results from following the label instructions, Fresh Green Cleaners cannot be held liable. If an item does not have a label, you submit the garment at your own risk.

We do our best to remove tough stains, but we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains.

Be sure to bring us your stained garments ASAP for the best chance at getting those stains out!
